Hosting and Server-Log-Files

We host our website with Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. When accessing the site, log files (IP address, timestamp, browser data, referrer) are automatically collected.

• Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in technical security).

• Storage period: 30 days.

Cookies / Consent Management (Cookiebot)

• Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (fulfilment of legal obligations).

Web Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4 provided by Google Ireland Limited.

• Functions: We use the User ID function (cross-device tracking) as well as Google Signals (enhanced analytics data from logged-in Google users).
• Data processing: Google processes this data to analyze your usage behavior. As data may be transferred to the USA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and supplementary standard contractual clauses.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent via consent banner).

Spam Protection: hCaptcha (Free Version)

To secure our forms, we use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA).

• Purpose: Verification of whether entries are made by a human or an automated bot. Technical data as well as your interaction with the hCaptcha element are collected.
• Note: In the free version, the provider uses the collected data, among other things, to improve its analysis and training algorithms.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent via consent banner). We only load hCaptcha after your active consent.
• Data transfer: Data is transferred to the USA. We have concluded standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

IP Addresses

Your IP address is recorded for approximate localization. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 para. 3 TKG 2003 as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR is the improvement of our services and our website. To protect the privacy of our users, user data is pseudonymized by means of IP anonymization. User data is retained for a period of 14 months.

Newsletter and Customer Information

Within the scope of the ongoing business relationship, we occasionally inform our existing customers about similar products and services by email. Data processing is based on our legitimate interest in direct customer communication (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Section 174 TKG 2021). For this purpose, your data is managed in our ERP system (Mesonic) and transmitted to our service provider mailworx (eworx Network & Internet GmbH) for dispatch.

You have the right to object to the use of your email address for advertising purposes at any time. A short notification to marketing@isocell.at  is sufficient, and you will be promptly removed from the distribution list.

Contact and Building Technology Inquiry Forms

We store the data you enter in the contact form or in the building technology inquiry forms for the purpose of processing your request.

• Storage period: The data will be deleted 6 months after completion of the request, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR.

YouTube Videos

We embed videos from Google Ireland Ltd. in “enhanced privacy mode”.

• Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. A connection to Google servers is only established with your consent.
