ISOblow Elements

ISOblow Elements
The ISOblow ELEMENTS blow-in panel enables the efficient, streamlined and precise insulation of timber construction elements clad on one side during prefabrication. It is suitable for all standard blow-in insulation materials and can be flexibly integrated into a variety of production processes – from manual to semi- or fully-automated system solutions.
The blow-in insulation material is optimally loosened in the blow-in machine or large-bale system and then fed into the respective compartments via an air stream through a conveyor hose (or pipes, optionally), a diverter and the corresponding nozzles. The specially developed pressure plate ensures uniform contact pressure and enables dust-free and efficient operation. Positioning lasers on the nozzles further facilitate the precise alignment of the blow-in plate on the element.
Control is straightforward and user-friendly via a touchscreen control panel. Among other things, the number of nozzles, nozzle sequence, air flow rate, material quantity and the respective compartment sizes can be entered here. If an optional weighing unit is fitted, the required target weight is calculated from these values, the blowing-in process is automatically monitored and terminated once the defined parameters have been reached.
When used in conjunction with an optional weighing unit, the result is checked, documented and recorded. The quality documentation can be conveniently exported via a USB stick or over the network. Optionally, the ISOblow ELEMENTS blow-in panel can also be linked to CAD or joinery data via an interface, allowing production and positioning data to be integrated directly into the insulation process.
Thanks to its flexible lifting technology, the blow-in panel can be used in a variety of ways depending on the hall layout and production requirements – for example, with a hall crane, jib crane, gantry crane, slewing gantry crane or as a fully automated integrated solution with robotic or processing bridge systems.

The ISOblow blowing plate enables rational insulation of horizontal elements that are covered on one side, during prefabrication. During this process the cellulose insulation is loosened in the blowing machine and transported by air flow via the feed hose, the deflector and the corresponding nozzlesinto the appropriate compartments of the element until the pressure sensor gives the signal to switch off the corresponding nozzle. The result can be controlled by using an optionally available weighing unit and a preset value. Via the touch panel menu it is possible to set the nozzles and the sequence of nozzles to be activated. Similarly air-flow, material quantity and target weight when optional weighing unit is available. QA documentation on USB stick or via network.
