ISOblow Big Bale System
The ISOCELL big bale system enables efficient and economical insulation in pre-production. 8 large shredder shafts in addition to an auxiliary shredder above the air-lock provide good loosening of the blow-in material.
A large 6-chamber airlock in combination with a high-performance turbine guarantees high output and durability with minimum maintenance. Via an intermediate platform up to 4 large bales weighing approx. 300kg each, are tipped into the unit. With just one filling it is possible to handle up to 1,200kg.
The system can be used in any location. It can also be positioned outdoors, in areas protected from the elements, in a cellar, an adjacent building etc. This saves space in the production hall and provides easier logistics and manipulation of the insulation material. Extension and filling attachment can be made economically from wood on site. Used in combination with ISOCELL weighing cells it is possible to permanently control the quality.
