Processing guideline
INFO
Cut open the elastomer sleeve, pull it over the cables and adhere it to the airtight layer (vapour barrier, OSB, etc) with the integrated sealing plaster. The diameter of the selected sleeve must have the appropriate dimension for the penetration!Talcum powder or a lubricant can be used if necessary to ease the feeding of the cable/pipe through the sleeve.
The materials to be processed must be free of dust and grease, in addition to which the substrates must be dry and capable of bearing loads. The higher the contact pressure, the better the adhesion.
On highly porous and absorbent substrates such as concrete, plaster, untreated steel and rough timber, we recommend pre-treatment of the substrate with ISOCELL bonding primers.
