It serves as bonding agent and ensures a uniform adhesion. The primer acts in an adhesive and sealing way, even on gypsum plastering, asbestos cement, wood and concrete. Processing guideline

Preparation of substrate:

To achieve the best result it is important that the surfaces to be treated are dry, clean and free from loose parts. There should be no residue of grease or oil; old coats must be completely removed.

APPLICATION

OMEGA PoBit Primer is applied with a brush, roller or spray. Depending on the absorbing capacity of the substrate, OMEGA PoBit Primer can be diluted with water before application. Dilution with water can vary from 1:1 to 1:2. The priming coat should not form a surface film during drying, but must penetrate into the surface completely.

COVERAGE

The coverage of OMEGA PoBit Primer depends on the condition and porosity of the substrate. For surfaces with average absorbing capacity 1 litre for approx. 5m² is needed on average.

TIPS

The application temperature of OMEGA PoBit Primer must be at least +5 °C. OMEGA PoBit Primer is not resistant to frost. During storage the container must be protected from the sun. Storage temperature should not sink to below +5 °C.
