A solvent-based synthetic-resin primer, for preparation of porous substrates such as masonry and concrete to optimise the bond of cold-setting adhesive tapes, and cold self-adhesive roof underlays. Penetrates up to 3mm into the surface. Fast curing. particularly recommended in winter!
