The ISOblow PROFI 230 is the ideal blowing machine for maximum flexibility on the construction site. It has four powerful blowers. In standard operation, the machine can be operated with two blowers on a 230 V basis. In addition, two further blowers can be connected via a separate circuit.

The ISOblow PROFI 230 is an extremely high-performance blowing machine for the installation of cellulose insulation, soft wood fibre, glass wool and rock wool besides other aproved loose and free-flowing insulation material. The insulation is loosened twice: first by the four large shredder shafts in the hopper and then via three small shredder shafts directly above the airlock. Two high-power blowers ensures high air flow and high output pressure. The two blowers are supported by two extra blowers that can be switched on as required and are controlled via radio remote controls. ISOblow PROFI 230 is operated, together with the material and air flow, via ISOCELL’s radio remote control – practical and time-saving. In addition the material volume can also be regulated via a slide-gate above the airlock (rough setting). An ideal feature of ISOblow PROFI 230 are the many fine settings like rotation agitators, additional agitators or airlock. These settings are ideal for special application like acoustic spraying or working with wood fibre or mineral wool.
